This Privacy Policy applies to WashOptic websites, applications, services, and related communications provided by Tin Men Enterprises LLC (“Tin Men,” “WashOptic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Customer agreements may include additional privacy or data-processing terms. Where those terms conflict with this policy, the applicable agreement controls.
2. Information we process
Account and business information
We may process names, business contact details, organization and location information, account identifiers, roles, preferences, subscription or order information, and communications with us.
Customer operational data and uploaded files
Customers may provide operational data, reports, CSV or XLSX files, transaction-related records, membership information, labor information, marketing or reputation data, and other business records needed to provide the service. Customer-uploaded operational data is used to provide and support the service and is not public.
Usage, device, and security information
We may collect technical records such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, timestamps, authentication events, page or feature usage, diagnostic records, and security logs.
3. How we use information
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve WashOptic.
- Authenticate users and administer organization access.
- Import, map, analyze, and present customer-authorized operational data.
- Respond to requests, provide support, and communicate about the service.
- Protect the service, investigate misuse, and maintain reliability.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal claims.
4. How information is disclosed
We may disclose information to hosting, infrastructure, communications, analytics, support, security, and other service providers that process information for us under appropriate terms. We may also disclose information when directed by a customer, during a business transaction, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity. We do not sell personal information.
5. Customer responsibilities
Customers decide what operational data they upload or connect and are responsible for having authority and a lawful basis to provide it. Customers must manage authorized users, protect credentials, configure access appropriately, and avoid uploading data that is unnecessary for the service.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may vary by information type, contract, account status, backup cycle, and legal requirement. Customers may contact us regarding deletion, subject to applicable contractual, legal, and technical limitations.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Customers should promptly report suspected unauthorized access and follow their own security responsibilities. See our Security page for more information.
8. U.S. processing
WashOptic and its service providers may process and store information in the United States and other locations where providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection rules that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
9. Children
WashOptic is a business service and is not directed to children or intended for use by minors. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and relationship with us, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. Business users should first direct requests concerning customer-controlled data to their organization. We may need to verify identity and authority before responding, and legal exceptions may apply.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy with an updated effective date and provide additional notice when required.
